Brisbane Airport x Queensland Theatre – “A Few Good Men” Social Media Competition
1. Promoter
This competition is conducted by Queensland Theatre (ABN 25 009 664 446), 78 Montague Road, South Brisbane QLD 4101 (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
a. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
b. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Competition Period
Entries open at 9:00am AEST on Thursday 30 October 2025 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 21 November 2025 (“Competition Period”). Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the draw for 10 double passes (20 tickets total) to Queensland Theatre’s production of A Few Good Men on Thursday 4 December 2025 at 7:30pm, participants must during the Competition Period:
a. Follow Queensland Theatre and Brisbane Airport on Facebook or Instagram; and
b. Tag a friend or colleague in the comments section of the competition post on their chosen platform.
Grand Prize:
To enter for the Grand Prize — a double pass to Opening Night (including an exclusive post-show celebration) — participants must:
c. Post a short video on Instagram of their best version of the line “You can’t handle the truth!” using the hashtag #QTCAFewGoodMen, and ensure their profile is public.
Entries that do not meet all requirements or contain inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
5. Entry Conditions
a. Each entrant may submit one (1) entry per platform.
b. The entrant must be the creator of any content submitted.
c. Entries must not contain material that infringes on the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademarks, or privacy.
d. Entries must comply with the terms of use of the relevant social media platforms.
6. Prize Details
a. There are 11 prizes in total:
– 10 x double passes (20 tickets total) to the performance of A Few Good Men on Thursday 4 December 2025, 7:30pm at the Bille Brown Theatre.
– 1 x Grand Prize double pass to Opening Night, including access to the post-show celebration.
b. Each double pass is valued at approximately $300 (inclusive of GST).
c. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. Selection of Winners
a. The Grand Prize is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining this winner.
b. The Double Pass prizes are games of chance.
c. All valid entries will be reviewed by a judging panel appointed by Queensland Theatre.
d. Judging will take place at Queensland Theatre, 78 Montague Road, South Brisbane QLD, on Monday 24 November 2025.
e. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Notification of Winners
a. Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they entered through within five (5) business days of the judging date.
b. Winners may also be announced on Queensland Theatre’s social media channels.
c. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant.
9. Use of Entries
a. By entering, participants grant Queensland Theatre and Brisbane Airport a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and communicate their entry (including their name, likeness, and video) for promotional purposes related to the competition, in any media worldwide, without further compensation.
b. Entrants agree that their content may be reposted, featured, or otherwise shared by Queensland Theatre and Brisbane Airport.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with the Queensland Theatre Privacy Policy. Entrants may access and update their personal information by contacting the Promoter.
11. General Conditions
a. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
b. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions that occur during the competition.
c. If the competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition.
d. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its partners are not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this competition or acceptance of any prize.
e. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
