Everything you need to know about buying, receiving and managing your Queensland Theatre Company tickets.
Buying Tickets
The easiest way to purchase tickets is online. Alternatively, you can also book over the phone or in person.
Online – you can purchase tickets and gift vouchers online at any time.
Phone - Call our Ticketing team on 1800 355 528, Monday–Friday, 9.30am–5pm.
In person - Visit our Ticketing team at 78 Montague Road, South Brisbane, Monday–Friday, 9.30am–5pm.
Box Office
If you're attending a performance and need assistance with your tickets, our venue Box Offices open:
- Bille Brown Theatre: 90 minutes prior to the performance
- QPAC: 60 minutes prior to the performance
- Brisbane Powerhouse: 60 minutes prior to the performance
If you need assistance outside our regular business hours for a performance that day, please visit the Box Office at your performance venue when you arrive.
Where are my tickets?
eTickets are the easiest way to receive your tickets, they will be emailed from sales@queenslandtheatre.com.au at around 10am, three days prior to your performance.
Simply display your eTicket on your phone or electronic device when you enter the theatre - there's no need to print it.
If you can't find your eTickets, please check your spam, junk or promotion folders.
If your Head Booker booked on your behalf, your tickets will be emailed directly to them.
If you selected Box Office collection instead, your tickets will be available from the Box Office at your performance venue when you arrive.
Please note, your booking confirmation email cannot be used as your ticket.
Season Ticket holder exchanges
Season Ticket holders can exchange their tickets for a different performance of the same production.
8 Play Season Ticket holders receive complimentary ticket exchanges. For 3, 5 and 6 Play Season Ticket holders, exchanges are $5 per ticket.
Exchange requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your original performance.
If you exchange into a more expensive performance or seat, you'll just need to pay the difference in price.
Please note, all exchanges are subject to availability and are at the discretion of Queensland Theatre Company. Exchange requests are not complete until you have received your confirmation email.
