Helen is on a roll. Tonight, she is poised to finally make equity partner at her law firm, and according to her over-achieving college age daughter, she can still rock a mini dress at 50. But then her husband Marshall, a career novelist, arrives home and drops a bombshell — he has been accused of an historical sexual assault. Over one night of heavy drinking, they will attempt to make sense of an uncertain past and even less certain future.

Our public fascination with high profile assault cases is scrutinized in this legal drama that explodes out of Brisbane’s upper middle class.

"A play for our times and the continuation of a dialogue that all genders must be involved in"
— Suzie Miller (Writer of Prima Facie)

Presented with the support of Phillip Bacon.
